"Helped my hot flashes, but I expected a bit more"
I was skeptical about trying amberen, but after a few weeks I did notice my hot flashes were happening a lot less. I’m also sleeping better most nights, which has been a relief.
That said, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a little disappointed it didn’t help everything more quickly or more completely. I still have some off days and moodiness, but overall I do feel more normal. It’s easy to take, so I’ll probably keep using it for now...

"Finally Feeling Like Myself Again"
Okay, not to be dramatic, but I forgot what it felt like to actually have a drive again. It had been so frustrating just waiting around and wondering if things would ever feel normal. But finally, my libido came back, and wow, what a relief. I didn’t realize how much it was bothering me until it changed.

"Customer service was okay, not amazing"
I reached out to Amberen customer service about my order, and they did get back to me, but it took a little longer than I thought it would. The person I spoke with was polite and answered my question, but it felt basic, like they were just giving me the minimum info. In my opinion, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not especially helpful or reassuring. Everything got sorted out in the end, so I’m not too upset about it, but I do think quicker and clearer communication would’ve made a big difference.

"Finally sleeping through the night"
I’ve been taking Amberen for a few weeks now and my sleep has gotten so much better, I’m not waking up over and over all night like I used to and that alone has been such a huge relief, it did take a little bit before I noticed anything but now I can definitely feel the difference and I’m happy I gave it a try.

"Pretty easy to fit into my routine"
I started using it and just kind of worked it into my week without thinking too much about it. Some days I felt like it was doing what I hoped, and other times I wasn’t really sure anything had changed. I kept going for a while, but the results didn’t feel the same from week to week, so overall it was a bit hit or miss for me.

"Finally not waking up drenched every night"
I got Amberen mainly because the night sweats were getting ridiculous, it’s helped more than I expected. It didn’t work overnight, so don’t let anyone make you think these things are instant, but after a few weeks I noticed I wasn’t waking up soaked all the time. I still get a warm night once in a while, but it’s nothing like it was before. Ordering from the site was simple too, which was a nice change...

I decided to try Amberen because the brain fog was getting on my nerves. I kept walking into rooms and forgetting what I was doing, or totally blanking in the middle of a sentence.
After a few weeks, I started noticing my head felt a lot clearer. Not like everything was magically perfect, but definitely better. I can focus more at work now and don’t feel as scattered throughout the day.

"Super easy to stick with"
I really like that the dosage is simple and not some whole routine with pills spread out all day. I just take it along with my usual morning stuff and then I’m done, which is so nice 😊
For me, that makes it way easier to stay consistent, and that’s half the battle. Ordering from amberen.com was totally smooth too, no issues, no drama.

"Ingredients seem fine, but I’m still a little unsure"
I looked through the ingredients and, nothing really jumped out at me as scary. The weird part is, even though it seems mostly okay, I still wish they explained the safety side a bit more clearly. It’s not bad, it just left me with a little uncertainty.

I took Amberen for a couple of months, and in my experience it did make a difference with my hot flashes and mood swings. They weren’t completely gone, but they were definitely more manageable. After I stopped taking it though, the symptoms slowly started coming back. So for me, it seemed to work only as long as I stayed on it. It wasn’t a bad product, I just wish the results had lasted a little longer after stopping

I was on the fence about buying amberen because it’s not exactly cheap. But for me, it ended up being worth the money and the box lasted longer than I expected. Just a heads up to anyone thinking about trying it: don’t expect to know right away if it’s worth it, and make sure the price makes sense for your budget. In my case, I do feel like I got my money’s worth.

"A little energy boost, but nothing huge 🙂"
I tried amberen for a few weeks, and I’d say it helped a bit with my morning energy. I do feel a little more awake starting the day, which is nice! But by the afternoon, I still hit that crash hard 😕 Overall, it’s not bad, just not amazing either.
